This Hand Float features a durable, lightweight magnesium blade with beveled edges to give the float the perfect “broken-in” feel, while the wide round ends prevent the blade from gouging the surface.

We can supply blades for most major Trowel types. We also stock plastic cutting blades, which are for used on light coloured concrete floors to avoid metal deposits which darken the floor. The BTC Float Pans are manufactured from high grade steel to offer excellent life for both single and double trowel applications.

Clamp Handle Aussie Screed
The aussie screed is extremely light and has rounded and square profile edges to help cut bumps and smooth the concrete surface. The clamp handle can be reversed to the other side of the beam to achieve a double life from the beam extrusion. The screed is complete with a level bubble.

Lightweight Bullfloat
These lightweight and hard wearing bullfloats are made from the finest extruded material. Multi-ribbed for strength. The blades have the option of round-end to prevent digging in the concrete or square-end if desired. The lightweight bullfloat is available with an adaptor kit to enable the use of the fresno broom for brush finish.

Material Spreader
Heavy duty spreader machine taking up to 100Kg of topping material. Discharge between 1Kg to 5Kg of material per square metre. Incorporates extra wide solid wheels which can forward and reverse independently of each other to assist maneuvering and turning in confined spaces. The major benefits of using the BTC spreader are: No wastage of topping material as accurate quantity per square metre is applied. Accuracy of topping placement – material will be applied in an even thickness to the entire floor area. Healthy environment for the applicators – as the material is discharged directly at floor level there is very little dust raised into the atmosphere.

Metal Tine Brush
The Metal Tine Brush is designed to provide a uniform groove in concrete roadways, bridges or ramps to provide drainage and traction. Steel tines provide stiffness for grooving while flexing for durability. Metal Tines are 12.7cm long , 3.75mm wide.
